What are your office hours?

Our office hours are from Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. only by appointment. To make an appointment, send us an email or call us and, if necessary, leave us a message on the answering machine.

When is the next available appointment?

You can usually get an appointment within a few days. We try to provide you with an appointment on the same day in the case of an emergency.

I am having trouble reaching you by phone...

You may not be able to reach us immediately at our peak times in our office. If this is the case, please leave a message on the answering machine and we will return your call.

How long is the wait to be seen by a doctor?

We constantly strive to keep waiting times as short as possible. However, longer waiting times might occur from time to time because of emergencies. In these cases, the MediaPark Klinik offers you use of our wireless Internet access in addition to a bistro. In these situations we can call you ahead of time to make your wait as comfortable as possible.

I am covered by public health insurance – will you treat me?

Yes, you will be treated at any time. Since we are not public health insurance certified, you can use our services as a self-paying patient.

What about parking?

The MediaPark Klinik only has a limited amount of parking spaces. You can also park at the nearby MediaPark (Cinedom) or Saturn (Maybachstrasse) parking garages.
